Calling any workout machine the best home gym is a tough call. Everyone’s looking for something different in their workout. That being said, it doesn’t mean we can’t explore the question a bit. That’s why I’ve created this post. Let’s find out if the Tower 200 deserves the title of best home gym or if it’s just undeserved hype.
What Would You Expect from the Best Home Gym?
We all want a good workout, but if you’re like me then you’re looking to build power and bulk up. I want muscle mass and that’s what the best home gym needs to give me. So does the Tower 200 give you muscle mass? Dr. Jim Stoppani over at Muscle & Fitness Magazine answered that question for us. In his four week challenge he proved without a doubt that using resistance bands builds muscle mass. By the end of the challenge he put on five pounds of lean muscle and added a half inch to his bicep. Five pounds of muscle in just four weeks is a lot more than I was expecting.
A Tower 200 Scam or the Best Home Gym
It’s starting to look like the Tower 200 is the real deal. Everything I’ve read about resistance band training has convinced me that it should definitely be a part of my workout. And the Tower 200 machine itself seems to be getting great reviews from its customers. I’m still not ready to call it the best home gym, but who knows, maybe you will be.
How to Avoid Getting Scammed
For anyone thinking about getting the Tower 200 home gym, there are some important things you need to know. First off, there are a lot of places you can buy the Tower 200, but they’re not all the same.
Most places are not actually licensed to sell it and in some cases may be selling defective machines. Make sure you only buy it from website that you trust. I would suggest only sticking to either the official site or Amazon. You probably won’t find it cheaper than at Amazon, so that might be your best bet.
